Requests, Quotes, and Scheduling

• Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm details and scheduling.
• Quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may change based on site conditions, scope, or the number of samples needed.
• Turnaround times shown on our website, including average results in under 4 hours, are averages. Actual times vary by location, type of testing, and laboratory processing, and are not guaranteed.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to arrange safe access to the areas being inspected.

Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, or by verbally agreeing to receive texts when speaking with a member of our team, you agree to receive text messages from The Testing Agency. We will send an initial text confirming your opt-in.

• What we send: messages about your request, scheduling, job updates, and results. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional promotional messages.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message.
